As the season of spring is upon us, I'm excited to announce my next three books!

These three books form The Tagandia Trilogy. Here's a blurb about it:

The nation of Tagandia is one of the most isolated countries in the world. Surrounded by mountains on the west and sea everywhere else, it is a very difficult place to get into… or get out of.

Eight years ago, the president of Tagandia was assassinated by revolutionaries. Vice-president Lewis Gentry quickly assumed control of the country, launching an initiative to rid Tagandia of revolutionaries and quash the rebellion before it began. He was successful and the people remained silent for eight years.

But now, on the eve of Gentry’s 3000th day in office, hope is sparking. Hope that a life can be had outside of Tagandia. A life of freedom.

For teenagers living in Tagandia, a great journey awaits them on their way to the border...

All three books will be released monthly over the summer. But, despite their individual release dates, there is no specified reading order. Meaning, all three books take place during the same events and can be read in any order!

A Silver Sunrise

18-year-old Jordan thinks it’s normal to have his town routinely attacked by gangs of raiders. Being the eldest of four children, he often finds himself having to protect his younger siblings from dangers. But when he learns that it may be possible to escape Tagandia and live in a country of freedom, he takes the chance and leads his family on an expedition that will decide their fate.

A Silent Mountain

18-year-old Jenna and her boyfriend Levi can’t keep living in a nation of oppression. They dream of marrying and starting a family in a free country. So, when they see an opportunity to flee Tagandia, they take it. But now, they must face the long and treacherous journey that lies between them and freedom.

A Song of Stars

17-year-old Nate knows that he can’t stay in Tagandia forever. The nearby nation of Katastia, however, offers freedom to any who should be brave enough to make the journey across Tagandia. Nate isn’t courageous enough alone, but with his best friend Rocky, the two have a real shot of making it across the border and escaping a life of tyranny.
